Art Activities in Dallas: January 30th

As January is drawing to its close and we are getting set into the new reality of 2017; life is picking up steam. Hopes and dreams of the New Year await their realization, business goals – their achievement, and personal life should not be left unattended either. The arts play a major part in our lives: as entertainment, as vehicle of change, and as reflection on the issues society faces every day. So, let’s see what’s going on in Dallas in the upcoming week.

January 31st will start the run of “An American in Paris” musical production by Dallas Summer Musicals. The story of romance between an American soldier and a mysterious French girl set in post-war Paris is sure to be a pleasant distraction and a heart-warming delight. The musical is scheduled to run at the Music Hall at Fair Park through February 12th – a perfect pre-Valentine date!
