In complete awe over the Aisles of Style fashion show at the Crescent — it was a beautiful night in Dallas only rival by the exquisite beauty and utter glamour of the gowns that walked the black and white colored runway at Stanley Korshak.
The lineup included: Anne Barge, Anne Bowen, Ines Di Santo, Naeem Khan, Liancarlo, Ramona Keveza, Jenny Packham, and Vera Wang. Naturally, Laura Hodgkinson (Buyer/Director at The Bridal Salon) is the mastermind behind such carefully curated selection of designers. And you bet — one can only find these world–renowned designers and their striking creations at Stanley Korshak — “Dallas specialty emporium that pampers customers with lavish service and a selection of the best, highest quality merchandise in the world.” So, ladies! If you are planning to tie the knot
anytime soon, please make sure you don’t wear white or at least consider it. You’ll thank me later! White and once-in-a-lifetime is certainly extravagant, but not chic! For one, the white wedding gown is so antiquated and did I mention…dull! Instead, wear something dramatic and unique like a black wedding gown.
And it just happen that I stumbled upon the world’s most perfect wedding gown last night at Stanley Korshak — a dramatic, romantic, and chic creation from designer Vera Wang — a silk stain, cropped strapless bustier top paired with a dramatic ostrich feather skirt. All colored in the darkest shade of black: Victorian black. It was absolutely divine!
