While reviewing the trends for Spring/Summer 2017 season during New York Fashion Week, I have made an interesting observation. While recognizing the strengths of the modern woman, more and more designers chose to accentuate romantic and delicate aspects of the feminine soul. We saw a lot of embroideries, embellishments and the abundance of sheer and fluid fabrics. Nobody, however, took the notion of flirty, frilly and girly femininity to such a level as Binzario Couture. Andre Yabin and Luis Nazario were able to create a dream-like romantic collection that would speak to the inner fairy-princess in every girl, whether she is currently five or seventy five, age notwithstanding.
The latest collection, presented in Fashion X Dallas and New York, is the next step in the sky-rocketing career of this Dallas brand, built on the foundation of couture bridal gowns. Binzario’s understanding of each woman’s desire for an exquisite gown and her need for special moments in life is at the foundation of their inspiration and all their work. The S/S 2017 line-up showed 20 diverse pieces, all designed for various occasions, but true to the essential feminine touch – the cornerstone of Binzario Couture brand.
Color palette of soft, delicious pastels was presented in a mix of delicate and structured construction. Heavy embroidery, beading, and three-dimensional floral appliques amplified the magic of exquisite designs. Wispy transparent fabrics were juxtaposed against heavy panels of pearls and stones. In addition to the mesmerizing gowns, Yabin and Nazario offered a wide range of rompers, pant ensembles, and transparent dusters – all boasting fine couture embellishments. The richness of garment details dictated minimalism in accessories. Any accents would only distract from the beauty of the line.
Already recognized by peers & the fashion press, including WWD, The Luxury Chanel, Bride and Groom, The Patron Magazine, Paper City, Indulge Magazine, D Weddings, and En Vie Magazine, Binzario Couture undoubtedly has a brilliant future.
