Celebrating its 4th year in a row, Fashion X Dallas NOIR was back in black and bigger than ever. With a slightly different concept this year, the theme “NOIR” encouraged guests to don an all-black ensemble while 15 emerging designers stole the spotlight by exclusively showing color on the runway. Fashionistas, influencers, celebrities and more graced the black carpet entrance in their NOIR attire to enjoy signature cocktails, designer pop-up shops and a massive black runway taking center stage.
Designers included, Project Runway stars Korto Momolu and Amanda Valentine, Meroki, Don Murphy, Ferrah, Abi Ferrin, Chasity Sereal, Bentley + Lace, House of Cynthia, Brittany Nicole, Vaeward, Vendals, Silk Threads by Ruby Bhandri, Noha Raouf and Modish & Swank. Also included were capsule collections from Sydney Morris, La Lo La Clothing, Amberleaf, Tashumbra, Colt Collections, Dalina Ford Swim, Daniel Hinojos and Ca$hmere Mafiiia. However, here are FashionScoop’s top ten looks of the evening.
Benefitting Every Girl Deserves Foundation and the Fashion Group International of Dallas, Fashion X not only gives emerging designers a platform to showcase their collections to fashion enthusiasts within each major Texas city, but through these charities, they’re also able to assist up-and-coming designers with additional tools, sponsorships and opportunities to succeed within the fashion industry.
If you missed-out this year, rumor has it they might be adding a second spring event so watch for more details coming soon! In the meantime, if you’d like to learn more about Fashion X Dallas and the emerging designers, please visit http://dallas.fashionx.co/
