Designer Isa Arfen debuted her Autumn/Winter 2016 collection in the form of a presentation during London Fashion Week. The collection was "somewhere between Blitz Kids theatricals and late 1970's European aristocratic glamour, with a touch of Pierrot sadness. It is about using clothes as a form of escapism, dressing up and living for today - or rather, tonight." The collection included oversized velvet ribbons, high-waist pants, jackets,

denim and hats to complement the look. Other fabrics included silks and taffetas, sprayed and glitter flocked tulle. A stand out was the hot pink velvet coat worn with black silk pants with a flocked tulle blouse.

London-based womenswear label ISA ARFEN was founded in late 2011 by Serafina Sama, following a small collection of summer dresses inspired by the retro glamour of Slim Aarons’ society photographs. Shop Here #LFW #FashionScoop
