He chose four iconic images from the cards to create a collection that reflect Mexican pop culture in a level of sophistication currently happening. The PALM, the HEART, the SCORPION and the MERMAID were some of the iconic symbols that showed up In his #SS2016 collection, which included graphic T-shirts, shorts, pants, bomber jackets and leather vests. The used of various fabrics such as leather, cotton, neoprene and printed fabric
Ricardo opted for an inviting color palette of black, white, and a pop of color blend together to create an effortless collection for the “sophisticated man who dares to bring color and pattern to his wardrobe,” says Seco. “The palm projects the feeling of freedom and nature; the heart represents the feelings of loyalty and passion; the scorpion for its audacity; and the mermaid, for its mysticism, luck, dreams, and imagination.”
